Delivery.gi may change, suspend, or discontinue the website at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. Delivery.gi may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of this website without notice or liability.
Summary of Our Terms & Conditions
Delivery.gi is a service that facilitates the purchase of consumer products from the clients’ desired retailers and transports them to Gibraltar. Delivery.gi is not the supplier of the goods purchased.
Ordering and Delivery: There is no minimum order requirement, but a minimum fee may be charged. The average order time is approximately 7 days, and we aim to process/deliver orders sooner where possible. If any item is not available, we will process the rest of the order and dispatch the remaining items as soon as they become available. All orders include duties and taxes in the price/fee.
Fees: Delivery.gi charges a 20% service fee on the total value of the order for processing the order, collection, transport to Gibraltar, customs clearance, Gibraltar customs duty and delivery to your home or office. A discounted admin fee of 15% applies if products are collected from our warehouse.
Product Guarantees and Liability: We inspect all products for external damage upon arrival and any visibly damaged items are returned to the supplier. Delivery.gi does not provide warranties for items like glass materials, mirrors, or ceramic products. Liability for replacements or refunds is limited to the original cost of the purchased goods. Customers must inform Delivery.gi of any discrepancies or damages within 24 hours after receiving the goods. We bear no responsibility for discrepancies or damages for goods collected/delivered after the 24 hour period.
Unclaimed goods will incur a storage fee of 15 GBP per day.
Returns and Cancellations: Once an order is paid for, it will be purchased within 2 working days. Cancellations are only possible under exceptional circumstances and may incur an admin fee.
Delivery.gi does not facilitate returns; however, all paperwork necessary to return items directly to IKEA, Amazon and / or other retailers will be provided.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer waives the right to any claim if such products are purchased and acknowledges the policies laid out herein.
